    Apparently 40 lol

That would be .2 lbs a month at .05 lbs per week...

And yeah, I get on bb everyday. I've got a body space acct, but I never get on it. I've only got enough time to waste on 1 forum lol. I just get on there to read articles.

Just got done with my first upper workout for the week. Did some Arnold press-style flat bench with Dumbbells and that shit burned! I usually do dumbbell bench with 90's or 100's, but I had to use 70's on those!

Theres no certin amount of muscle weight u can gain a week, everyones going to varry based on lots of factors other than your diet, training and sleep/rest which is all you can realy control. Obviously steroids can change how much you can gain but other than that its gona be different for everyone. Got to take into account body type, hormone levels, and genetics everyones gona be different.

Hey guys. So here is my workout schedule. I do 3 full body days a week (a little over an hour) with a heavish weight and one exercise per a main muscle group with 3 sets and 8 reps. I do it this way because if I miss a day due to class or something I don't miss a whole group, I get really tired doing only a few muscle groups a day, and I heard it was better

    Monday:
    Bench press
    Barbell shoulder press
    Seated cable row
    Barbell biceps curl
    Dumbbell tricep extensions
    Cable crunch
    Plate loaded leg press
    Smith calf raise

    Wednesday:
    Barbell squat
    Seated calf raise
    Pullup
    dumbbell crunch
    ez curl bar upright row
    incline dumbbell bench
    ez bar preacher curl
    Rope cable pushdown

    Friday:
    Bentover barbell row
    Dumbbell bench
    barbell hack squat
    dip
    Dumbbell curls
    Calf raises
    dumbbell shoulder press
    Ab leg raises

I'm a skinny fit build but hope to get some more definition and bulk but probably won't look for too much because of my stature. Hope to learn some new things!

I'd hit more specific muscle groups per day, and just keep a log of what you miss if you miss days

3x8 with only two exercises per group wont have you seeing much gains, though it depends on what you're trying to get out of the gym
