    I know...and it's even more depressing that the majority of our trails won't open until AFTER Moab!:(


    I've got most of my $ set aside for the mods I need (want) now just to get them ordered and time to do them.

    my trip is payed for just waiting for the rest of the funds to buy my mod parts and a few days to get it done.

    yea i'll be getting in a few UT trips in before rock therapy and hopefully a trip to AZ in there as well... CO Might be thawed out by the time rock therapy is done...

    yeah that's where I stand... I have a "fund" set aside from each paycheck to purchase my upcoming mods... but I have the $ already saved for gas/food/drink for the acutal trip already

    Those things are so nice but like said before The price of my cooler and ice for 30 moab trips is the cost of one of those things and im not that spoiled yet. Truck parts first :evil:

    Oh this is a first trip for me... but I've set aside $900 so far for gas/food/incidentals... WELL more than I expect to spend... but... shit happens lol

    big expense typically is gas..gas prices are reasonable in Moab luckily

    plan your beverages accordingly...last year i had a large cooler full of only beer, but we took a week trip leading into rock therapy

    if you're cooking your food, you'll be able to control that expense before hand...if you're eating out, try to plan for that

    if you have a cooler, plan for ice everyday

    have some extra funds available for the just-in-case incidences



    gas...you know your drive mileage there...

    kokopelli will be a top off in fruita, have extra gas handy, then fill up in Moab...while you're there, i'd be shocked if you go through a full tank...then fill up and head home
