Power sliding window..again

    Tonights progress. How does opening/closing in about 3 seconds sound?

    The pitch of the lead screw is finer now and the diameter is about half of what the old one was. Still using the 10-24 threaded rod to hold it all together so the shaft coupler doesn't change. I did have to go down to the 300 RPM motor. The 800 moves the full length of the window in roughly 1 second and the 1200 I couldn't keep ahold of to actually test even using bench vises.

    Here was my set up on my 08 Access Cab.

    Ridgeline rear window motor regulator. Ran bicycle break line that was hooked up to a bar that was wedge between the window and the trim.

    1997 t4r has super duty axles, 5.13s locked front and rear. 3 link front with 14" kings. Rear 63s.
    The part that slides into the track, did you get that from benwa and thats exactly what i was trying to do but I couldn't get much into the track on my 13

    Yes sir. If I'm not mistaken in his original thread he shared the exact measurement of that part. If you got the right tools I'm pretty sure you can make one.
