I dipped my fuel door today for the hell of it. Not sure if I like it yet. For now it will stay but I may peel it off and keep it silver. What do you guys think?

Personally I like the continuity of the silver door.. Looks less like a replacement from another truck. But honestly it's all up to you. Give it a few days to see what you think

35,000 mile service. Completely changed over to Amsoil Products. 5w30 Signature Series and filter. Cleaned MAF and throttle bottle(which was really dirty), torqued and greased driveline. Cant wait to see if I get better fuel mileage out of it.

Picked it up from the dealer. It only has a 54000 on it but it needed a steering rack, intermediate shaft, and clutch master cylinder. Also got an oil change. Thank goodness the warranty isn't up.

No they are not... People tend to have vacuum leaks occur with the cheaper ebay cans since they are poor quality. Mind did not come with the fittings or hose...

Seeing that color of oil on your oil cap is pretty typical during the cold months if you make short trips. The engine never gets up to temp to clear the condensation out of the motor. If you are seeing it during the summer it could indicate a bad headgasket.

Cried all day and argued with the dealer, while Hank sits there and I drive this POS loaner Corolla. They can't fix the Amp boards, want $300+ to replace the motors. So they disabled them and I'm going to remove them and see if I can't sell them. I bought some Steelcraft 3" nerfbars online for $135 shipped and am telling the dealer to choke on a bag of dicks. They wanted to sell me stock sidesteps for $500 + install, and they want $200 to remove the Amps. This is all after the salesman promised to fix them after the sale, then got fired and never came thru with the promises. I've fought with a half dozen people at the dealership, and have lost all faith at this point.

I changed both diffs, t-case and engine oil to Amsoil. Didn't see any noticeable change in mpg.

I didnt think I'd see the mileage change there but when I cleaned my maf and throttle bottle. I was pretty nasty, black soot build up on plentum side.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
[IMG] I found this picture of it.. because I have not seen it for months!
