    Nice! Supposed to be getting some more Monday through Tuesday morning. Last I heard was 2 to 3 inches for up my way.

    couple questions.....
    1)hows visibility with that camper and spare on the back?
    2)When you trimmed your fenders in the rear did your remove that metal support bracket in the 12oclock position?
    3)bc you have the HC bumper and the fenders trimmed did you have to support the rear quarter panel where it meets the rear bumper? mine is flapping in the wind at HWY speeds...

    Yes, factory shackle. Set aside more time to do it than you think you'll need, it's a pain in the ass.

    No tips, it sucks everyway to Sunday. Everything I've seen is that it doesn't matter which way you do it, it sucks! Air chisel and plasma cutter I've heard is slightly better though.

    Stock shackle works for my set-up so haven't found a reason to change. Really don't want to give up any up-travel with a longer shackle either.

    ATO is supposed to be coming out with some stock length higher quality shackles for their shackle flip kit. I'm running the stock ones with no problem as well. The flip kit alone gives an extra inch or so and improves down droop a ton. I would look into upgrading to some greasable ones but am happy with the stock length.

    /\/\/\ This. I made my supports with a piece of scrap aluminum I had around, think the piece was maybe $5 at the local metal shop. Bent 90*, drilled at each end and used a strip of rubber to keep from scratching the paint.

    Front one I just cut and rewelded to shape.

    I did have some kind of crappy support at the top of the wheel well that was bolted in the bed. The screws were rusted in and stripped so I just cut it off and chucked it in the scrap pile.

    I didn't even bother redoing the front brace. I also have a short bed though and there's not much there to flap in the breeze.

    Awesome, thanks. Sounds like its just going to be a project involving a few beers and fuck yelled at random.

    I decided to go with one that has the grease zerk, think its made for a Jeep XJ but it fits and they're 5" eye to eye. Tyler from Pelfreybilt had(sold his truck) a similar set up and recommended them and then sourced them for me.

    Pelfreybilt Offroad also makes a bedside mount, comes with their high clearance bumper, but I am sure they would sell you the set.
