    the only thing I didn't like about them was the gooey center; other than that, they were good.

    Getting ready for the run today. Gonna do a 1:00 on and 1:00 off this time for 3 miles. Also got my new inov8s in yesterday! :woot: bright ass orange. I probably look like a crossfitter from a distance

    So the run went from 1 on 1 off to 30 sec sprint, 1 minute walk. Then I went and did deads. 315x3 with solid form but the uni gyms bars suck and there was little to no grip on the bars so I stayed there. Followed with squats. 225x7 a few times until form started to get a bit wonky.

    5 deaths, including 4 killed in crash on Sunday then right after that another person died of natural causes, all on my watch then yesterday my grammie died. Wtf? Too much death in a week man.

    Yeah its about to tear, you need to see doc. When i tore my glute one of the first sign before the actual tearing is spasm and cramping.

    I'd definitely go to the doc. See what he says and at least ask for some meds, i.e. muscle relaxers to reduce/stop the spasms. Motrin for pain and inflammation as well and just nurse it the best you can. Maybe inquire about a cortisone shot if it's that bad.
