Who's thread? WHO'S THREAD? My name is right there on the first post. I'll admit it probably wouldn't have lasted this long without nd. He's the like the antagonist in a novel, but I'm the protagonist. I'm the good guy. Remember that. He's the evil villain trying to thwart me at every turn.

I used to have a poster in my college dorm room: If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit.

See, my life gets too busy to visit TW for a couple of days and this thread dies. I am the necessary ingredient to keep it going. I'm like the seed, and nd is the fertilizer.

So, how's my life been too busy for TW you ask? I almost hesitate to mention it because the irony is so thick. My company is being acquired by a company that is headquartered out of North Carolina. For that reason alone, I had to go start looking for a new job. Well, I got an offer from another company, and guess where they're headquartered? NC. But they're opening a Dallas office, so I won't have to move.

Hey, at least it's not SC. I won't be running across nd on accident.

Damn it! i wish you would have had to move to NC, that would have been the new websters definition of Irony

What's that supposed to mean? My family's been in Texas for 8 generations. Since Texas was an independent nation.

Oh, he is lost is soooo many ways.

But he's in SC, not NC. They are different states. I sometimes imagine way back in the day when states got to pick their names. I imagine the hicks representing the region we now know as SC going "waaal... uhm... we're not sure... ahhh... what are those guys (pointing north) going to call themselves?"

Just because everyone in your family started having kids at 10 years old, doesn't mean that you are 100% Texan.

Never claimed 100%. Other branches of the family tree (yes, my tree does have branches, you should try it sometime) have other places they're from. And I'm proud of them too.

You're doing it wrong! They're supposed to dance on one row. Like a can-can.
