Cullen's is so overrated. The food isn't as good as what you are paying for and if you aren't dressed appropriately they won't let you in.

 

appropriately? i wear jeans, t shirt, and shoes. never been told no. never been there past dinner, if there is a dress code, im not aware. please note that i said, "its not friendly on the wallet", i wouldnt send a TW member to a place that i didnt enjoy, its something different.
