    Only if you want the different features each plug provides. For instance the back up cam from your mirror to your head unit or the phone feature to talk on blue tooth. It's up to you if you want that part to work. Antenna for radio is a must and 28-20 pin connector is also a must.

    I've searched everywhere on this forum for that splitter adapter that allows both mirror and the HU display simultaneously (in a 2012). Would you know if it is this part:

    That's just the way he handles business I guess, it can be extremely frustrating. He comes through, so there's no worries there. From what I read in the past, he's in the reserves, so he's not around a computer all the time I'm sure. Just have to be extremely patient.
