You might benefit from placing the elixir pumps and gold mines closest to the walls and you defence closer to the center around your TH and storage.

But you trophies are pretty high so your doing good already.

I make sure my defenses cover each other to help when they get attacked...

thats a good idea, the only reason I was saying the put the mines outside is because it gives your defence more time to attack the enemy.

x2, your base would be fairly easy to run through the way it sits. I'd put the mines and collectors outside the walls and use the extra walls to add a few more barriers for attackers. Personally, I also do not protect my town hall but that's preference. A lot of people just take out my town hall and leave the rest, giving me a free shield.

I tried the TH outside thing but it didn't work for me. still got people taking my elixir and gold. only difference was less trophies.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
People are back to going for my stuff. Only because I have a LOT of elixir right now...

Doesn't work all the time, if you have enough to lose, someone will come take it. I'd just rather use the extra walls to protect defenses and loot vs. the town hall. Trophies also don't mean anything, you can easily go up or drop them if you want..
