A few years ago I had a 2005 Tacoma SR5 Prerunner 6 speed, it was awesome even though it was 1WD(open diff problems).

It looked something like this minus the ebay headlights and plus a bestop - build thread is still in sig

So it was time for a new vehicle and I bought a 2013 Subaru WRX Hatch, I did plenty of mods to it and it ended up looking like this expect with some bhlm headlights

    _MG_6025_zps2dbbe681_73cef92fb663bd90f247a05b3511a8d62943b8cf.jpg

going fast was fun and when people get smoked by a hatch they are usually a tad confused, then I realized I needed a truck and I was missing my tacoma and all the capabilities and room it had so I traded my WRX in for a 2014 TRD OR Doublecab 6 Speed.

yes shitty picture sorry, you know what a stock truck looks like

drove to wisconsin for her and I have no idea why i ever daily drove anything other than a tacoma.

    Mods:
    Viper Alarm w/ remote start
    Hardwired my Passport
    Tint- 20%
    Painted: grill and rear bumper
    weathertech floor mats
    trd shift knob
    ipad mount
    bestop Supertop

    Mods in the making:
Some different 16" wheels possibly some konig Countersteers (had 18s on the last truck and going for a much different look)
de-chrome (emblems, bhlm at some point)
devil horns/ toyota screwed me and changed the size of the emblem from 05
    swaybar removal

    Future Mods:
    TRD Supercharger
    3in lift and some 33s
    OBA
    50" LED Bar
    LED reverse lights
    Bed lighting
future mods list is like shooting in the dark I have no idea, figure it out when I get there

should be updating this soon, yes kinda boring right now but much easier to make a build thread as you go then after you are done.

Nice truck. How did you mount that iPad over the stereo fascia?

this is best picture i currently have, the blue is wire and is just wedged in the dash piece, i pulled on it hard and it wasnt going anywhere. the metal bracket you see is just an L shaped piece to keep the ipad from turning the radio off, i put one of the other side as well to keep it symmetrical. not the most perfect mount but it does what I want and is extremely easy to reverse.

Right on. I have been contemplating doing something like this because I have an iPad with Verizon and would like to actually get some use out of it with things the OEM radio can't do, which is basically nothing.
