If you show me what you are missing I can either send you replacements or I can give you the specs so you can get some stuff locally.

Let me try to round up some pictures. I just had a guy who ordered both racks for his Leer 180. He has pics of the cabrac only and of both racks together.

Just got my basket back from powder coating. Didn't go with the orange, sorry, Zach! But I am super stoked to get my setup reorganized for fuel and water and storage boxes

Yeah, I can understand that with a new truck. First cuts and holes are the hardest.

I missed the delivery guy today, and the depot isn't open for pickup on Mondays. I won't get my rack until tomorrow :'(

I was so excited for the rack that I tracked down the delivery guy. The good news: I got it!! The bad news: UPS sucks. They scratched it all up.

Are those scratches, it looks like something spilled on the bars. Was the box all beat up? What about the powdercoated parts? Damage to them?

Yeah, they're scratches. The box had a break in the side of it at that location; they patched it back up with the saran wrap stuff. One of the powder coated parts has a couple little nicks in it but nothing worth fussing about.

The moisture on the right side is from my dogs nose.... he was helping me unbox it :D

Well the fact that they patched it up is an issue because it likely means they caused the problem. Did you get any pictures of the box by chance where they had fixed it?

I didn't take any pictures before I unwrapped it, but here's one after I cut the plastic wrap stuff off

And here's one that shows the extent of the box damage

Wow, what a joke. In your opinion, where the contents protected well had it not been for UPS damaging the outside box?

For sure. It seemed pretty well packaged. The only damage is where the box was broken open.

Yeah its funny because I really haven't had any issues with them at all. Then this week I have 2 people that reported boxes broken like that. Luckily the other wasn't damaged inside.

I am waiting till the status of your shipment goes to delivered to file a claim. Either way I will get you taken care of. I will send you some options of what we can do outside of UPS. Their claim system is pretty bad so who knows where that will go.

not to add gasoline to the UPS fire...

shipments to alaska can be rough so it took this with a grain a salt - received 1/19

to me it was pretty well packaged. some of the black bars did have small scratches but nothing to write home about.

the only improvment suggestions i have is...

bars could be full wrap in plastic - helps with scratches
a piece of cardboard could also be wrapped around the end of the bars - to help from cutting the box/punching a hole open from the inside.

    Still an awesome product!
