I have the 3.0 motor which feels like a slug with a 5 speed. Just had new head gaskets, timing belt, timing sprockets, radiator, plugs, wires put in it last winter. It has power windows/locks/sunroof/cruise standard steering wheel. OH cool I am wanting to upgrade the headlights. I went to their site and cant seem to find anything so I will call them tomorrow. My wife drives my truck right now as her camaro is parked for the winter. And she has complained several times that the headlight are real bad. Thank you for the link.

The 3.0 is a decent motor if its well taken care of, it just didn't have much more power than the 22re and took more maintenance and poorer mpgs.

Boy that's wierd I just looked for them but couldn't find them. They are in Japan so good luck calling lol.

These are essentially the same thing, I liked the round eyes cuz it was a clear headlight but these will still be better than what you have and allow you to replace the bumb.

I just did a search and came across these. http://www.carid.com/1994-toyota-pick-up-headlights/ They offer a tinted black housing that looks pretty cool and less then $30 dang cheap. What type of bulbs do you have to get for these? It says they are a projector headlight. So am I going to have to buy a new headlight wiring harness?

the first ones in that list? Those have a "projector" so technically you could put HIDS in them, now that projectors isn't gonna be very high quality like the retrofits you see on the site here.

Also any black "tinted" lens is a no no. if the housing is just black that's fine if it has a projector.

So it sounds like I would be better off with the Hella lights? Humm the 80/100 watt bulb sounds real good. I drive 90 to get home and am about tired of jerks no dimming their high beams when coming at you. And it really gets to my eyes. Amazom has a pair of these lights for $109

Ya Id say avoid the ones with projectors. As for the bumps, I went to walmart and got some sylvanna silver stars, they wer elike 40 bucks i think but pretty might, had a nice white/blueish tint to them.

negative. the SR5 was kinda the base model - no frills. my truck was an SR5 and had power nothing. i think the dlx package had the sunroof, power windows...

    No it's not..

The you get the Lx and limited packages and the TRD package.

Sr5 is always just the base.

I've looked into making my own led bars and such. Can never find housing stuff that works well though.

I don't think they had limited and trd packages for the pretacos...I think the sr5 was higher than the DLX.

SR5 had bucket seats usually and power. DLX was more base but still had the A/C.

    Im almost positive.
