    Did you get an oil change recently? If you were (un)fortunate enough to get a careless gorilla under there, he might have spilled oil all over the place when changing the filter. One of the reasons I like doing it myself.

    Put some cardboard under there and see how much new spill you get. Also, get under there with a flashlight. You should be able to see where it is coming from pretty quickly. If you have an questionable areas, clean them off and see if they get dirty again.

    You should be able to find tutorials online for diagnosing and replacing fairly easily.

    I've got a home trail bike (ct70).... That's about it. Not the most capable off road, but not the worst either
