    I don't wheel my truck. And haven't had a chance to yet. But with the 3"body on it feels unstable sometimes too. I can corner alright, but the heavy wind made it feel like it was tipping at times.

    I don't miss that about my 1st gen at all. I've done the float over one lane in a nasty crosswind on the way to Vegas. Everyone in my truck puckered up at that moment, I had a stock height 04 DCSB as well. You couldn't pay me to drive in your rig sir

    By no means am I insulting your build, I'm just saying you've got some balls man. 1st gens are bad ass and gorgeous vehicles. They set the standard in our class that hasn't been topped in a decade.
    There is a guy on here with 35s and a 3" lift, beats the shit out of his rig too. Wish I could tell you his name though


    In other news project return to mall crawler should be done Sunday.
    I have found 2 Spruce Mica Tacoma's in my state and hopefully I can make one work out. I spoke to Deaver yesterday and they actually may be able to build me a few leafs and still retain the rest of my pack. This will save me hundreds on a new leaf pack. The next part I'm starting to research is using my rear Icons. If the leaf pack maintains the same number of leafs and size, I may be good to go. So all I would need to sell is my fronts.(Ryan has 1st dibs)

    A lot of guys with flip kits are running DB length rears FYI. (Slimwoodshady for sure)

    ponethousand has a bamf 1st gens on 35s.

    I was looking at that spruce build last night, its super sexy. I need to sub to that thread. I will maintain a MT setup though.

    So youre saying that just with the ubolt flip they are running 6" EXT travel shocks?

    ATO Shackle flip, and yes. Check out slimwood shady's build. I've still got my 6" shocks on the rear of my truck, no flip. Uptravel is terrible but it works for now since I was deploying. No way I'd wheel it like that.

    Tell me about it. I'm second gen so it's a little more weight to it. But going down one of the backroad highways the other day I was going about 60-70 through the little hills and ruts. My gf was puckering. I'm pretty sure I got air at one point

    I cant find the part numbers but call DSM and tell them you have expos and they know which exact shock you need unless you do the towers

    Remember I have a custom Deaver pack so I know I'm at least going to have to change out a few leafs according to Deaver to go from 5" to 3"

    The shocks may work out :)

    I'll be happy if I just need to buy

    2.5 fronts
    Gussets for the coil buckets and spindles
