    No, this is my idea. I won't be jumping the truck but since I'm going to be in there and strengthening, I said why not. They really are not that expensive and I'll probably have Brandon weld them on.

    They are adjustable 5-7" BTW. I had to buy the Icon wrench to do it though. I can crank them up for you if you decide to buy them.

    I would really recommend you taking both shocks loose and going to a loading ramp or anywhere you can safely flex the rear completely out. Then measure..That way there's not guess work. I really think you would be satisfied with proper length shocks since you've been all this time with no up travel or down travel.

    Something just doesn't seem right looking at the picture again :confused:

    Its easier to put the rear on jack stands, remove the tires, put a jack under the diff, remove the lower shock bolts and loosen the shackle bolt so it will fully flex out. At that point just lower the jack and measure. Because the shock will be fully extended you will easily see the difference between the shock mount and eylit for the shock.
