i don't know where you got the info that ketoo is bad for your body, matter of fact your brain runs better on BHB than on glucose. most keto people keep carbs under 35, i keep mine under 80 for most of the week and have one day that's around 250.
i did too but then i started eating a lotta cabbage, chopped cabbage is pretty delicious when it's topped with bacon fat and soy sauce. 2 cups of cabbage is only 10 carbs, so i pretty much subbed cabbage for rice.
    see above

Maybe if you ate more carbs you would realize that carbs are good for you (in moderation)

Might I suggest whole wheat waffles

i've tried everything and keto is by far the most satisfying diet style so far, and i still get to pig out on carbs one night out of the week. i usually get a whole bunch of potato roll ups and bean burritos from tacobell lol

    wat

where'd you read about Beta-HB replacing glucose?

Every study I've read about BHB/ketogenic diets has only examined how fasting increases blood ketone and BHB levels; and has nothing to do with "running better"

real mexican food gets expensive, my diet is super cheap, all i eat is eggs, bacon, chicken thigh, ground beef. all of them are super cheap from costco. Once a while on carb night i will reward myself with some sushi tho.

Yeah, I felt like full retard when I was on the keto diet. I was getting in about 20 g carbs per day and I lost a lot of fat, but I was so damn tired all the time. Couldn't get through workouts hardly. I neeeeeed my carbs

in class right now so can't find the source, but it was from a book i read back in class, stating that brain cumsumption can be replaced with bhb for 75% while 15% still being glucose. plus keto diet pretty much get rid of all blood sugar related issues. keto ftw
    damn 20g is low

I typically just go screenshot the routine the day I'm supposed to do it. Supposed to be the first day of HIIT.

Yeah, it sucked. I lived off bacon and cheese. I'm much happier with carbs in my life

even when i ate a lotta carbs most of them is just rice, other than that i really don't eat a lotta carbs. so once i find a substitute for rice rest was easy.
