I'm impressed by the look of the Colorado, looks like a winch stuck in that front bumper

I guess it comes with age.
I can do with the ugly if it works as a truck should, holds up to that use, and last over time..
don't care as much as I use to about ugly, or cost... Just want it to work.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
Oh I can live with it if it works better I would choose it over looks better!

BUT that is still a ton of FUGLY grills.

    None... sigh
The Ram Rebel grill is the ugliest front end of a vehicle I have seen. That Colorado prototype looks good, but I'll stick with the Tacoma

That's just a concept truck. Not in production.

That's like the Hyundai concept. Lots of people down here loved the idea of it as a "college student city truck," but fully expect what shows up to be a lot more lackluster.

Of course, those are the same people who loved the Colorado commercials during the Super Bowl, so there's no accounting for taste.

The TV shutting off and then saying if you had a Chevy Colorado with 4G Wifi you could watch the game was pretty damn good. I hate GM but that commercial made all me and my buddies first freak out then laugh.

I already have hotspot on my phone, costs the same, and I don't have to be next to or in the truck. Your move, GM. How you gonna beat THAT!?!

    Didn't think so.

The 2016 Tacoma must come with a heated tailgate or the deal's off!

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
Screw all these new diesels that are overly computerized and run on DEF fluid. I'm sticking with my old reliable fully mechanical 1997 7.3L Powerstroke that I can work on and service in my own driveway. My Dad used to have an 09 Duramax before he passed away, very nice truck, but about all I could do was change the oil on it. Everything else was a nightmare to get to. Sure, those newer trucks ride like Cadillacs, are quiet, and smooth. But where my 7.3L shakes, rattles, is very noisy and rides like an old horse-drawn hay wagon, it starts every single time I jump in it and let those glow plugs warm up and then crank her over. Whether it's -20 below zero or 100 above, I would get in it drive it all the way across the country to Florida right now without a worry in the world. Plus the newer trucks don't offer manuals anymore I don't think, my 7.3L has a good ol' "handshaker" 5 speed, simple and reliable.

Tacoma is by far the best looking truck on there. Cleanest and least frilly, in my opinion. Although that Colorado looks good with that package. It's the first I've seen of the others. No one could accuse Nissan of lying when they touted an "all new" Titan, that's for sure.
