You gotta have a good intake of fat. I have to keep my carbs around 25-30 grams to kick my body into ketosis. You get over the lack of energy and I have never noticed any brain power being affected. I'm a mechanical engineer and could still do all my normal calculations and design work.

just had one of the best workouts in my life. after my disc herniation and glute tear nonetheless.
Worked up to 465 single on squat with little to no pain, then did 5x5 with 395.
benched was affected by squats, worked up to 315x5 then backed down with 295 5x5
PR on overhead press with 225x1 it was a grinder but locked it out with okay speed.
10 laps of prowlers, 30 yards with 4 plates, 30 second rest in between.
had to chill in my car for about 30 mins after the workout cuz i was so light headed.

Did you see the movie? He wasn't very cut IMO. Very little definition... Alot of that was pretty healthy food too. And, when it's your job to work out and look good it's probably easier to not gain fat.

true. He did put on some muscle, it was just covered in fat lol.

All points aside, it's a fucking badass movie and I hope it wins every award it's up for, just to piss off the Hollywood Socialists

I wish I were a celeb just so I could run test all the time and it be deemed completely acceptable

I agree, I liked the movie as well. I'd love to have enough money to run test and my own personal chef to cook me all my foods. BITCH, FRESH FOOD NAOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd probably be at my goal by now (225# @ 10% bf) But instead, I am looking at about 3 years for that goal haha

Other than Muscle Milk, what's a good low cholesterol whey?

I'm currently taking the ON gold..like the stuff but at 26% cholesterol versus 4% on the MM I may be forced to change.

High cholesterol is one of my issues that caused me to start working out last year. I finally got off my statins and do not want to go back on them at all costs.

    The better coast
I like mm for the low cholesterol. My grand father had a heart attack during a stress test at age 40. And two more later on (years later).

if you got a costco memebership get the ON whey isolate, at 40 bucks a tub its a good deal, it's literally nothing but protein in there, almost no fats or carbs,

ON Gold Standard has 30 mg (10% of your DV) of cholesterol. I don't know shit about cholesterol, so I don't know if that's a good or bad thing lol

haha true. That's about what my goal is, too. How tall are you? I usually put on a solid 6-7 lbs of muscle per year and I am about 185 at 10% at the end of a cut, so it's gonna be a couple year for me, too. Hell, the most I've ever weighed at the end of a bulk is 209...and that's at like 15% bodyfat. I wish I could do test :(
