    This is what my flat piece of steel All Pro calls a transmission skid looks like after this past wheeling season:

    Just ordered a Ruffstuff crossmember mounting kit. Will be making a new rear crossmemeber, and new skids to go from my IFS skid to the new crossmemeber. Was just thinking about making one long skid that attaches at the IFS skid, the transmission crossmemeber, and my new crossmember.

    You think it would be beneficial to avoid such a long skid?

    Yeah it's pretty crazy lol. Belongs to guy next to the fab shop I've started going to... Got a quote on welding cbi frame reinforcing plates. Sure wish I knew how to weld.
