So I'm told that we are coming out for a visit. I'm stoked to see all that Oahu offers and meet a ton of really cool people.

 

Looking forward to it Tyler! Hope to get you guys on the Gilligans Island special for some fishing and a 3 hour tour... Iven's got that angle..

Also planning on taking you guys up to our home away from home, Peacock Flats up in the mountains for a little wheel and camping overnight. We have some extra gear; tent, sleeping bags and it's only overnight and not a MOAB expedition, so it should be enjoyable... And you drive down the mountain right onto a pristine beach after wheeling...

he saw the ballasts and ask if they were hid, i said yeah lol. He said if they aren't original they can't pass. It was the older white guy. I think the asian guy was cooler and might pass them like he did for nate.

 

Do you have your stock lights to throw back on?

Ahh...so this was your first Recon and he looked under the hood. I've already been through once, so just adding bumpers they shouldn't do a full re-inspection...I hope... Shoulda got the Asian guy...lol In the end it's just a fucking game we play and of course we always win...

 

no this was my second time, just wanted to update it for the bumpers :/

 

I updated mine and didn't need to open my hood or anything..

I think there is enough Tacoma's around for everyone to know they don't come with HIDS...so it's easy to get caught.

 

Well...I guess I'll prepare. I have 1 year to go before inspection... Guess it's luck of the draw like in Nates inspection. Depends on what guy you get and if he's an ass or not...

what kind of timeframe did you get for re-inspection?

 

whenever i think, he didn't check my papers or anything. I guess before my safety expires which is at the end of this month.
