I think it's pretty cool when other Tacomas park near each other

I'm pretty jealous of the giant parking stalls that I am seeing. Edmonton is pretty stingy on the stall spacing unless you are at Costco.

What year is your 4Runner? I had a 1989 V6 auto with 380,000 miles and that thing was a beast off road. I regret selling her all the time especially after seeing one that clean...

It's an '87 SR5 I just had repainted last summer. 22RE 5-speed has 250K miles on it still runs great.

That is one thing that I'd like about living in the PNW (besides the excellent coffee). I'd be able to drive a cool old truck year round without worrying about it rusting away. Around here owning a classic car means that you're only driving it from May-October. :pout:

Plus I wouldn't feel bad about investing more money in a DD; around here you can buy a brand new truck for $35k and hope that you can fight the cancer for long enough to pay it off. If it lasts long enough for a good down payment on the next one that's just a bonus.

just posted 12/23, mine and my new neighbor's Barcelona Reds. Visiting a hospital today, I couldn't resist parking next to the one on the right.

Hadn't posted here yet but couldn't resist when I came out of Home Cheapo and found my truck had made not one friend but two. Mine's in the back right with the cap.
