    See, you do have requirements. Where do you want the spare tire? What else does it need to hold? How high up on the cab does it need to be? Do you want it straight across the bed rails, over the top of the cab, or somewhere inbetween? What are you carrying on it? Does it need tie down points?

    If I just go off and build something it won't be what you want. See?
