    oh, I've never had that before. At a carnival once my wife ordered fried pickles. The guy basically dumped a jar of pickle spears into the batter and fried them up. Not gonna lie, it was pretty damn good.
    I know okra is popular in the south, but never had the occasion to try em myself. Next time I head to FLA I'll give it a try.

    I lived in FLA the latter half of my high school days so I came accustom to many southern delicacies. Grit's I just couldn't get into. I've heard at's all about what you put in it. The few times I had it, just didn't really wow me. I'm too used to cream of wheat, norther version sorta. Biscuits and gravy on the other hand....keep it comin!!
