It's easy to fit your macros, i want my carbs to be in rice and cakes not freaking protein powder, i much rather eat a piece of cake and a piece of bacon and 1 scoop of iso than just drinking 2 scoops of regular whey.

i do when i get past 255 on bench, it's not really because they hurts it's just precaution since i usually bench for high volume and i don't want my wrist to give out one set and have 300+lbs of weight cut my freaking head off.
