Out of the 8 people that are supposed to be at work right now... Its only me and another guy lol. The other guy is deaf and fucks up a lot so I got put on babysit duty for the rest of the day... This place definitely isn't what I was hoping. Won't even let me come in on a day off for overtime.

Time to start applying for some Tig jobs...

Easy. Yes. But I'm not down for this standing around stuff. I've even swept the entire area lol. I want to get a welding job where I pull 50-60hours/week. Not this 48/36 stuff.
My 90 day evaluation is in a few weeks and definitely gonna mention some concerns and stuff about all this.

They aren't going to give a fuck what you say, trust me. They will just find some other guy to do your work for less money.

Yes and no. They're desperate for welders here. They even paid some people to come in with some fancy trailer where inside they pay you $11/hr to learn how to weld via Virtual Reality (lmao) so even people who have never welded before, can get a job here as a welder.

So I think they MIGHT listen if I at least tell em I need a full 48 hour week every week rather than this 48/36 stuff.

Just look at the build thread
I thought you were bragging not too long ago about how you could get all the overtime you wanted?
