It's not even fun to trash talk anymore since the Patriots won. Like... There's no argument against that, so...

The better team won, all that matters.

    Belichick > Carroll
    Brady > Wilson
    Revis > Sherman

Gentlemen,I don't think it's a case of the better team winning, they are both elite teams, at the top of the field. No this was decided by a singular bad call. For whatever reason that was behind that call, Pete Carrow owns it and the loss, and the Seahawk oganization and their fans paid for it.

Bad call? There was a 3.1% interception rate on that play, meaning 96.9% the Seahawks win. It wasn't a bad call.

So 96.9% the Seahakws win but the better team won? Or the worse team won by a fluke?

Wasn't a bad call at all. I bet you 99% of people thought a run play, therefor pats defense was ready for that. They tried something that wasn't going to be expected. If he would have caught it for a TD would it have been a bad call then? What if Lynch would have fumbled? Likely not but still possible just like the interception

I can't believe there is a member of any coaching staff at any level of football who would have called for that play givin the circumstance they were in.

It was a horrible call. Marshawn falls for 2-3 yards easy. The guy practically never has negative yardage.

You got 3 plays from the 1 with timeouts. Punch the damn ball in. Between Marshawn and Wilson, if you run - you score - Period. Doesn't matter if Pats were expecting run or not - no way they stop it.

Wow! Blount is such a doucher. I seem to remember Lynch having over 130 total yards and a TD (probably would've had 2 if Carol and Bevell didn't have that major brain fart) while Blount got stuffed practically every time he tried to churn his legs through the line like a tard. It's no wonder why Pittsburgh threw his ass out. After that brawl he had in college, he had already shown his true colors. Even that fumbling fruitcake Ridley has more talent than this oaf.

No one can ever prove to anyone who is a better team (Seahawks or Pats), but one thing is for sure, the Pats were a better team that day.

And personally, I thought the memes were hilarious. I think I'm sensing butthurt too

Passing from the pocket in that scenario was a bad call with Wilson as the QB.

Carroll should have called a play action bootleg pass, give Wilson the option to throw to a TE or run it in himself.

Just saw Sound FX on the Super Bowl. I gotta say, the NFL did a great job capturing the event. A lot of emotion in the game, it was real neat to see. Edelman is another local guy, but I like him a lot more now.

And Tom Brady celebrated the Wilson pick by screaming like a teeny bopper, it was pretty funny

I hear Sherman is also suffering from a severely attenuated ego.

I don't think you understand Richard Sherman.
