Any of those shops are franchised so unfortunately it's a shop by shop deal.

It's the only shop I've hung up on.

I see your in Mass. any advice on what shops you do recommend? I need to have the OME front struts installed and I'll need an alignment once I install the rear leafs/shocks. Meineke is going to give me a quote on Wednesday. I just emailed Advanced Automotive in Uxbridge MA but it's kinda far for me.

alignments are not a difficult job for a shop with the right equipment, just call and hand ful of places and go with lowest cost

They are a franchise so it's hit or miss. look for reviews, if they suck someone posted. call them up and ask about their equipment and their tech. drive by when they're closed and have a peak at their equipment/shop. Ask around, it's Idaho, someone knows somebody who has used them.

I wouldn't go by this alone. I did the same, and the shop either had the machine setup wrong or the tech didn't know what he was doing. I even paid $79.99 for the lifetime alignment package, but in the 4 times I took the truck back to get the damn steering wheel centered, they couldn't do it.

Asked around and a car guy told me to go see this old crotchety mechanic who runs an independent shop. Cost $39.99 and ONE visit and it was centered.

Rather than go by equipment name or franchise name, ask some old school hot rod guys or street racers. Those guys spend so much taking their cars to the shops that they'll filter out the bad ones for you.

New meadows auto repair is the only place that I would recommend in northern MA. There the only ones that ever got my jeep with 35" x 14-1/2 thorn bird tsl to actually go straight after many places tried, some local shops send there work to them after major frame repairs. There in Topsfield.
