Yea what happens is two bolts bolts will fall out or one will and the others get loose. Then bam.

Happens to all sorts of people. Very common. Doesn't matter if you modified it. Same mounting and bolts. Need to loctite them. Has happened to me first hand. And a good friend.

I've seen those 4 bolts on the lower BJ fail even with a fresh prep. It's a weak point

I got all the new springs in and revalved the shocks night and day better. And I'm pretty happy with the ride height when it's all loaded up

My "modifications" is a fully custom LT setup that I designed, analyzed, and built over the summer and is pulling 14" of travel on the first iteration. It's obviously far from done, but that's because I'm going to college so have a limited budget and resources. Not everyone with built and modified vehicles posts on your forum.

Thanks 4Running, that's what I was thinking and wondering!

Thanks! This was the kind of info and insight I was looking for.

I didn't mean to come off disrespectful to anyone. I was looking for information, and regardless how many posts someone has doesn't relate to their understanding of vehicle dynamics and engineering.

    ...too much shit to list.

Yeah but was that in a race...or driving down the street not even turning?
I get it...shit happens in the dirt. But on quick drive to the mall...I still stand by loose or trash bolts.

Good for you. I wasn't relating your lack of posts to your understanding of vehicles.

You did come in here and go from asking for help to telling people they were wrong in your first 3 posts. If you meant no disrespect, cool.

I still stand 100% behind what I said before. It's difficult to see sometimes, but there's real wisdom here - wisdom that you can't learn from a book or on the internet.
