Anyone have the Lifetime Alignment from Firestone and NOT have them use factory specs? I just went to the one up the road and they first said Of course we can, then he went and asked the manager, and he said yes but only factory specs.

 

Lol you are correct, I haven't read the manual yet! first things first, gonna make sure I get everything in working order. Tie rods, tune up, cv axles, fuel system, etc. Once I'm happy with it, I'll start with lifts and tires and that sort of thing. At the moment, I've ordered headlights, tie rods, air filter, fuel filter, distributor cap, rotor, and wires. Probably gonna need some body work, maybe some interior work, but what concerns me the most for now is how it drives. So that's what I'm working on
(and probably some tires soon, cause these are BALD)

Yah. But the spec range is pretty broad. Set your LT UCA's where you want and he will make her right again. We stood behind my truck and talked to the tech at the table.

Yea the one by publix. 2.8* is top end of spec so I'll take it or try to talk the tech into 3*

 

lol I guess it just happened that we both did! lol.
I really need to figure out how to get this dang brushguard off... Whenever the guy mounted it, he stripped the bolt. So I ground down the bolt, so it has no more head, but it's apparently connected to something else, cause that thing still ain't movin!

 

I've been looking at this for over a year. Finally have the funds for it.

Guess so. Gonna drill it when I have a chance to get to home depot. Battery ran out in the drill and charger is nowhere to be found. I think a sasquatch stole it.

 

finally installed led reverse bulbs, that I've had over a month... gotta wait till dark to really see the difference..

 

Anyone in the area have an 09-11 that I can borrow (probably be best if you have aftermarket lights)? I just got a set of headlights that the DTRL lenses are burnt and broken. I'm trying to get Toyota to replace them.
