    Chicken looks delicious.

my deadlift was 415 for 2 and my squat was 400. Probably could hit a 435 deadlift, but there won't be max attempts for at least a month or two.

There's our discrepancy. My squat is only like 330. My deadlift is about where yours is at 425. It sucks being on a cut right now because my numbers can't go up!

Couldn't tell ya. I work out at home.

Jean shorts, my Chucks, no shirt.

The bags? I own one..it stays in my truck. I use it for storing my bed net behind my seat.

Roided up cocksucker at my gym has been talking shit about me lately, apparently. All because I told him his form sucked on DLs...which it does. So he decided he needed to talk to all the other guys in the gym about me. Instead of saying anythnig to my face. Biggest douche bag I've ever met.

Just gonna let him fuck his back up and rip his biceps by jerking from the bottom of the lift with his arms bent. When he can't work out for 6-8 months and can't be on the juice and he shrinks back down, I'll just laugh at him.

Ya know, TB is apparently going around.....might wanna get that checked.

No shit, he really did until about 3 months or so ago. Everyone in the gym was giving him shit about it, so he finally decided to start doing them. He told me one time "Give me 2 months and I'll be doing whatever numbers you're doing, and I never work legs." I said "Give me 2 months of what you're on and you won't be able to touch my numbers".

Finally slowly getting back into the heavier weights after 2 months of rehab with a broken finger. Been doing a lot of body weight stuff the last month or so and some light weights. Gains are probably all gone.

I used to bulk year-round, but my fiance doesn't like that look. She likes the "skinny guy ripped" look. I don't. So, to compromise, I bulk in the winter and cut for the summer. She thinks huge muscles are gross. I'mma gross dat bitch out! I told her my ultimate goal is to look like Steve Cook, which of course, she was fine with lol:

I know I'll probably never be a spitting image of Steve Cook because that dude is so much more disciplined than I'll ever be...not to mention, I'm 99.9% sure he's on dat dere Celltech. I'd never want to be overly huge, anyway. I don't think having 22" arms is worth all the shit those dudes put their bodies through.

The guy on the right looks just like the dude that uses celltech here at my gym... always cut as a mother fucker.

And I'm not sure who I'd want to look like... but I wouldn't complain if I had steve cooks muscles that for sure. (no homo)
