I think I like the safari snorkel, but I'm one voice.

I have an air flow, I like the look of the first gen tacoma safari snorkel on a 2nd gen IMO. Looks to be the cleanest, also air flow's pillar clip sucks balls. I have my snorkel neck zip tied to the clip.

Why not put an auxiliary tank in the bed? Colin put a 10 gallon in the bed and plumbed it to the stock tank.

I agree with you on that one. Colin used the dead space under his toolbox for the tank. You could always pull a trailer. :D

Why did you decide to go with the airflow?

I've got an airflow as well. Designed for our trucks and the 4.0, install wasn't bad at all, pics in my build thread of the holes and template.

I'd recommend air flow. Yeah its not as pretty as the safari land but snorkels aren't for looks. d39a11f7fc1b6c3de8034297a456d462_d6dc11f60cb901b5b8368dd21856755a39c43f8e.jpg

Same. I went for functionality in that they were designed specifically for our trucks. Plus the availability at the time was excellent.

Very true. It's been a hard decision on which one to go with. Great looking truck man.

You can also run custom tubing into the wiper cowl area, not as high but keeps you sucking clean/cool air. Instead of sucking dirt out of the wheel well or hot air from the engine bay
