NW WA Meet / BS Thread

Sounds like you guys get to install some fun stuff this weekend. Look forward to the after pics. Alex and I will be tackling some maintenance items on mine, steering rack, TREs, Tundra brake upgrade and LBJs. And then the old Runner will be ready to hit some trails again finally.

 

I don't think I will have any mods to do next weekend, but I would be down to drink some beer and help wrench!

They are also good for bitching on the trails @ 3:00 am when you are tired and cranky

Kid gets tubes put in his ears on Friday... plus next Saturday is "I have to spend money on my wife day and more than likely get nothing in return" day.

Yep. We have the kid, so obviously we won't be doing anything. I'll probably get her a ticket to go see magic mike or whatever the fuck that is.

Getting tubes suck. I had 5 sets through out my childhood. That's why I don't like whiskey that much, it reminds of the crap they gave me before being knocked out. On another note, when I come home on leave (hopefully this summer) I will have armor. I am ready to leave this garbage state.

Only reasons I will go there other than for work.
1. See my best friend in LA (shes hot too... my wife might be jealous of her).
2. Disneyland with the kid when hes old enough.
3. Watch a niners/giants or if the Ducks are playing there.

Ive done it enough that I have most of the torque numbers memorized. I shouldn't be proud of that

Ive actually got my cb set up that still needs tuning and the diff breather mod if anyone is down to help with those (cb radio is my bigger concern).

UCAs are pretty straight-forward, though you will probably have to remove the battery and possibly "persuade" (bend) the inner wheel well to slide the UCA bolt out/in (or cut it and replace it like some people do)
