Long story but I paid for an extended warranty on my truck with the understanding that if I didn't use the warranty by the time I paid it off they would reimburse the money. Apparently the company that supplied the service went belly up leaving people like me screwed. My dealership was really cool about the whole thing and this is how they compensated me. At first they tried to talk me into getting a new taco but i showed them mine with only 40k on the odo and they understood why I wasn't getting rid of it. Then they asked if I wanted to buy another car and I told them that I had just bought a new T4R from them so scratch that. Then they tried to give me free service but I told them I do my own. Finally they asked if I just wanted parts which I promptly said yes to. I then immediately asked if I could apply it to a S/C but they said no because it was considered an accessory and not a maintenance item. Then I asked about vinyl flooring and he said he could swing that so here I am.

That's cool, I'm glad you came out on the winning end, but too bad they could apply to one accessory but not the other

If the headlights question was to me, no I didn't do anything to them. It might have just been the lighting conditions + cell phone picture.

Got a 14" Magnaflow muffler (#12226) installed today. Instead of buying a cat-back off road kit just had them delete the tail pipe before the axle, add a down spout tip on the muffler and it cost me $150 vs. $350 (or more) + install fees or my time for bolt on installation. I am very happy with the sound and even got a bit more get up from her.

Nice, I definitely need to get me some skids. Just waiting for the right deal.

On a side note, you should consider tossing that sway bar. I got rid of mine a long time ago with zero issues on the roads and more capabilities in flex.

Thanks. I had it off for a few months, but did not like the sway in curves.
