well apparently i didnt seal my driver side headlight properly when i did the bhlm. its been getting foggy. ive been lazy, so i just took the headlight out and applied (a very thick layer) of the silicone adhesive around the seal on the outside of it. im lazy in the sense that i didnt wanna re-bake it, pull it apart, then put it back together. well after doing this twice, it still fogs. guess im gonna have to get some energy and do it the right way...damnit:frusty:

the silicone should work, i know it's obvious but double check that all your bulbs are fully inserted and twisted all the way..

    good luck

didnt think about that. but it seems like the fog is starting in the bottom two corners and all the way up the right side. would that mean thats where the leak is or just so happens to be where the fog starts?

Yea, mine did it the first time and I left it out in the sun all day and resealed. Now my other one is foggy occasionally. I guess I'll have to reseal that one. :(

When I used to do 4th Gen Camaro's I would drill small drain holes on the under side of the housing to allow for some air circulation & moisture drainage. It worked well. Just an idea.....

This is why I haven't done mine. The thought of a putting a ton of silicone on my headlights makes me cringe.
