Cool, mang! Gonna love the Talon grip. I recommend a couple things when installing:

    - remove the slide to keep the weight down when installing,
    - use more than just the little alcohol napkin they give in the package,
    - don't overlap seams,
    - use the heat gun/blow dryer to warm up the grip. Once warm (not hot) squeeze and press the bajeebus out of every inch of the grip (especially the edges), and repeat this process at least 3 times.

All these suggestions will help with adheshion. Have heard a few people's talons not adhereing properly.

I'll find out tonight. Just got it today. I watched some YouTube videos on it though and it's pretty fucking awesome. They don't know they are being lit like they do with white light.

Nice. Gives it a 'night vision' look. That's awesome the prey won't know they're being lit up (unless it shines in their eyes I suppose).

Classes would be recommended if your unfamiliar.
Pay attention and constantly think about gun safety. Constantly.
Don't be like other members here who shoot their trucks.....or themselves.

Yes it happens more than you think.

Nada. I wish I could find decent optics for my AUG A3. The 512 Eotech is out of the question and I don't want to thro something cheap on it.

Im not a total expert but my understanding is this -

    G2S
    - More "budget minded" so not every single trigger is MP tested or fully QC'd like the other triggers.
-Modeled after the SSA as a cheaper alternative
-Slightly heavier (1lb if i remember correct) trigger pull
-Bit more creep on the trigger vs the SSA
-Marketed more for home defense/military uses hence the slightly higher trigger pull

    SSA-E
    -Each trigger gets full QC
    -Hardly any creep
-Very light second stage (1lb if i remember right)
-Marketed more for precision rifle work but plenty of people use them in normal guns

I have the SSA-E and love it. Its a really nice trigger. I havent shot the g2s though.

If you can wait and keep an eye out you can get the SSA-E for 180 ish on sale. I did when i got mine

I've been thinking about trying out the Primary Arms advanced micro dot. Aimpoint micro clone with 50k hour life for <$200. No experience with it yet though.
