    closing is 3/5. we will be renting the prop to current owners til may 29th at the latest, earliest may 15th. kind of weird to buy a house and have someone else live in it. buy they will pay the mortgage for us during the time being.

    Need some advise, brohams (and Lauren). I want to get a Carhartt or Carhartt type jacket. I already know I'm going to get a black or tan/khaki colored one. What's the best all-around jacket to get? I'm looking for something I can wear over a hooded sweatshirt or by itself. It doesn't get too cold here but I'd like to be able to wear it in the snow (with a sweatshirt). Thanks, dudes!! (And Lauren)

    I have 2 carhartt jackets. I have the new quick duck and it's really nice but not nearly as tough as the "welding" one I have. It has the longer back with the fr material on the inside and has the buttons under the collar for snapping on a hood.
