Haha I say that every time! And somehow I manage to get muddy every time. Last time I was out no mud at all then 5 feet from the highway I went over what looked to be a small rut with bit of ice. Well I broke through to about q12" of mud, truck was covered! Luckily it rained hard the next week at work and there was about a 3' deep puddle I drive through a few times, no more mud:D

Fogot to take a pic but I got 17.9 uncalibrated mpg... All I did was let air out of tires (to 30psi) and gas up at my normal station... Why would I get another mpg after that? Weird.

Turned out nice! I like the color combo.

These trucks look so much better without the flares, just wish they unbolted like the 95-00 trucks.

Yeah man, I know. It bugs the hell out of me. And it makes no sense either,...I took it to a body shop for an estimate on repaint and dehole. Quote was $2000. Maybe someday, until then I'm gonna get the factory plugs grind and paint and see how it looks.

    My first post!

I changed my oil today, 378k on original unopened engine and Trans, might sound crazy but I'm still rocking the original clutch too. It's weak but still works. Ordering an ARB bumper on Monday!!!!

Are you talking about the shock mounts or the u-bolt flip or both?

I like the TG flip plate, its the one I went with. For the shock mounts, depends a lot on how and where you will be putting them.

The ones we used for mine were from Ruff Stuff. Pretty good selection.

Yeah, that would work. I've just never been a fan of the 2 tone fender thing. If I do ever go the repaint route I figure I could get all the 2k back if I ever sell it because it's unique to tacoma. But that would all go out the window if it got totaled.

Nice! Sounds like you have a good one. Welcome, and post more. And pictures, yes, post pictures.

For those of you that have changed your diff oil, how much were you able to shove in the rear diff? Mine is shimmed three degrees so oil starts running out the fill hole a bit earlier than for others, is that okay? I still got the bulk of two quarts in there.

It took a couple starts to get the hang of stitching it. Once I settled in, wasn't that bad except around the spokes. Still unsure if I dig the black contrasting, might try the oak.

One of the dials on the climate control stopped working,... oh over a year ago.
Ended up ordering a whole new climate control panel few days ago.
Showed up today so I took a few min to pull part of the dash and swap it. Finally works!
Wish I would of ordered it a long time ago.
