I at one point had all the measurements from my switch, i think krookz did as well. I did gain clearance going down to a 3" lift.

So if I get the 6" BDS coilover lift and replace the blocks with allpro springs or alcan the ride up front and in the rear should be really smooth on road? I don't really car about the ride off road cause it's suppose to be a little rough but all in all it should still flex good to while I'm off road?

Everybody has different ideas of "smooth" but what you are describing is a good start.....

Expos do not hold up to weight......there's a bunch of threads about them.....here's a recent one.

My alcans hold up well with weight

480 lbs of tongue weight...4200 lbs fully loaded camper weight
Granted I have a weight distribution hitch but I sag 1/8"

Expos don't give you 6" of rear lift. 3 1/2-4" at most.

Alcan's are custom made for your specifications so they most definitely should ride better then an off the shelf "one size fits all" spring.

Ok thanks man. And sorry for all the questions I've asked I'm just wanting to do it right the first time so I don't have to change stuff or fix stuff anytime soon.
