But you do get these special edition carpeted mats that are completely useless at protecting anything.

Nope you aren't the only one. I have been laughing at the TRDpro fanboys for a long time. The grille is ugly (as are satoshis) and the truck isn't nearly worth the higher price. It will never be a collectors vehicle and frankly offers nothing that you cant get with a regular Tacoma.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
Man.. I am totally buying this one. Seems like a steal!

When I was looking around the Mass area for my new Tacoma I actually came across an Inferno Red TRD Pro at Harr Toyota in Worcester Mass. 4 door short bed 4x4 6 speed manual. Sticker was 39,000 and some change. I liked it but in no way thought it was worth it. And he went to 36,000 to get the deal, but I still couldn't do it. Nice but I can add an Icon front and rear lift and such and make it better.

i like the way they look, just the amount of PRO dry humping that goes on around here...
but be careful, talk too much pro smack, and you get thrown out of discussions or worse!

I've been watching the price of old P-cars on BaT and it's astonishing. A pile of iron oxide with a VIN and a title is $3,500 these days. Unreal.

In before someone on here buys it at that price and comes on here to brag about what a great deal they got.

Haha 36k is the price I have decided is go no-go for an Inferno double cab 6spd PRO myself.

I know it is a little extra, but I really like the color.

If not I will be getting the OR and adding my Baja suspension again.

but would the orange hurt resale value? Not saying it doesn't look good but its an acquired taste.

It might. But I plan to keep it either forever, or until my kids are bigger and I can go back to an Access cab. So I am not too worried about it now.

6spd will hurt the value worse :/
