Southie is a ghost town . Did they issue a no driving band or something ??

 

I think they said all non essentials stay home, but no driving ban I know of

That was one long reboot.

 

Alright guys, need an opinion, I have a DCLB in Pyrite Mica and I'm contemplating going with a Leer Cap or a Softopper in Tan, can't decide which one. Main purpose is to keep my gear nice a dry while hunting/fishing. Both will need racks on them for kayaks/surf rods.

 

Building is empty today so I am trying to get as much done as possible

 

I like my soft topper but it will not support a kayak imo. I tried getting a member (eddie something. I think) on here to make me one with his custom heavy wall tubing but he disappeared and never replied to messages

 

No driving ban, traffic is light everywhere though. Thankfully, most of the people who have no business trying to drive in the snow actually stayed home.

 

Fuck this shit!!! Just cleared the driveway, now off to rake the roof. Praying for no ice dams..

 

Billy, Softtopper makes a rack that goes over the soft top to support loads. Not sure if you knew that or not.

Agreed. I just ran out to grab some lunch and there were very few people on the road. Was nice. Hopefully the morning commute is the same

 

I did not but I should have been specific. Mine is a best top, I just used the generic term

 

I am the only person in my office now.

One other guy had shown up late morning but he just left. Now it's just me chilling in my cube rocking out in my slippers and casually looking up 1st gen double cabs for sale

 

Not quite as bad here, there are probably 10 - 15% of the people who are normally here but the section I sit in is empty.

 

Almost everyone is at my work except for one guy that calls out no matter what. I'm sure everyone has one of those guys don't you???

 

If by one of those guys you mean the entire office except myself and one old timer than yes, we do have that guy here

 

What's crazy is my company doesn't give days off for weather, except that big blizzard 2 weeks ago, you have to either work from home or use vacation/sick time. I know that none of the staff assistants here have laptop's to work from home. And most of the engineers don't either since most don't go in the field/travel at all. So I guess everyone here is just burning vacation time for no reason this winter.

 

Dealership is closed today

Got the stock suspension all buttoned up.

Then the bumper fell off.



Luckily I have tomorrow off, so I'll hopefully I'll get to the bank and the dealership tomorrow
