I really think it's a camera setting. The first flght when I got it back from Cine it worked fine. I brought the bird home, removed the GH4, removed the battery from it and charged it. Put the battery back in, checked the settings and they were all the same. Nothing else changed though but maybe I missed 1 small detail.

I would swap cameras out but it's hard to find a camera with that hdmi port. Gopro is a mini hdmi and I sold my Nikon.

They also forgot to send me the blue tooth data link rx. I don't ever plan on using it, I wouldn't imagine, but I should have it since I paid for it. 3 calls this morning and they claim they will send me one. Idk how companies like this stay in business.

So I built my AlienWii micro quad last night. Decided to get the black series motors for it. That may have been a bad idea... Gonna need to get some paint for the walls and ceiling :)

It's all I got at the moment. Unfortunately I had a power issue with my EagleTree Vector so it's in being inspected :(

Yay, they shipped a brand new replacement flight controller. Not bad turn around on warranty, 1 week. Now I can hopefully finish my build.

Sooooo I charged one of my batteries today. It was pretty low voltage. Once I was able to get the charger to charge it it charged. When I took it off the charger it was bulging. Does that mean that battery is already shot? It never got damaged but it was strangely low. Could it be the charger? I don't want to go up another battery and the same thing happen. What's the desired voltage cut off for a 3 cell battery?

Edit: I think I figured out what happened, I charged it on LiPo Charge mode instead of Balance mode. I charged another on Balance mode and it seemed to do just fine.

Unrealated problem, Hooked all the FPV gear up to the quad today and went to go try it out. Video and everything works on the AV side but now the controls don't want to work. The new RX (D4R-ii) bound just fine and the green light is on showing it is bound. The status light on the CC3D board is flashing different then normal i.e. not arming. I have it set to yaw right to arm but it doesn't arm. I got it to arm for a few minutes but then it disarmed and and now it won't re-arm.

All right. Have about 10 flights on the 900, it's pretty phenominal and way overkill for .. well everything, lol. The video I get is easily movie quality.

Cine also shipped my Datalink back without any hassle, props to them.

When a battery bulges it is time to get rid of it. If the voltage on the cells were too low you could have done some damage. What were the voltages of each cell before you charged it? I usually set my first alarm for 3.7 and stop at 3.6.

How is the D4R wired to the cc3d? PPM? Individual channels? Did you make sure all connectors are plugged in correctly? None are upside down or not seated correctly?

The whole battery was at like 6.8...:( is the alarm something that you do on the flight controller? or is that yet another add on to the whole system? I'm starting to run out of space to put stuff on this little 250mm frame.

Yeah I hooked it up PPM. I followed the directions: Pos, Neg and Sig all going to channel 1 and a jumper between the 2 and 3 Sig connections. It said when that is done it is suppose to operate in PPM mode. I was able to get it to arm for a minute or so and it seemed to work properly but I haven't been able to get it to arm since.

It's volts per cell. Full to me is 4.2, I will have landed the craft at 3.7 or 3.8.
