those are fine but your legs are only gonna get to certain size with the weight you're lifting, to have bigger muscles you will need heavier weights, almost no one in the lifting world that squat 500+ have small legs.

Best thing I've done for legs are upper/lower splits. I do 2 upper and 2 lower workouts a week. On lower A, I do 2 quad compound exercises and 2 hamstring machines. On lower B, I do 2 hamstring compound exercises and 2 quad machines…It's okay to mix it up and do one compound exercise of each group and one machine exercise for each group on a given day, as well. Rep ranges anywhere from 5-25. I love it.

Two morons in the gym this morning were doing cleans... I mean reverse curls. I felt like correcting them but didn't have enough care in me at the time.

Maybe  Right now taking a break from 1rm on chest for a bit
Going to be doing pause Reps only till fail with 315. For some reason the higher my 315 count gets the lower my 1rm is getting and the lower my 225 count is getting but the more sets i can do with less rest..... figures

Deads I'm being chased by an 18 year old kid at my gym who just broke a record here at 563 #. Strong little bugger. I just recently failed with 645, wasn't a 1rm day but felt good so i said why not..... after 7 reps w 525.... no belt just wraps.

Whats everyones take on belts, i tried one and it made ZERo impact on any of my lifts....except for front squats...

Speaking of high reps...I almost entered a local bench your weight for reps competition http://www.5percentnutrition.com/afterparty/golden-state-bench-press-competition.html ...but I thought there would be too many 145lb dudes who could rep their weight all day. A month ago I was able to get 79 reps of my body weight (200lbs). I'll try and find the winners rep #.

The belt only makes me feel more comfortable with heavy deadlifts (to me 450+)

...and 563 is amazing for only being 18 and for the fact that he is even doing deadlifts. Most guys in my gym at 18 who are strong all look like martini glasses from their lack of leg days and deads.

You should check out Top Secret Nutrition's pre-workout; it's really good. Plus, Sean (Sean266), a moderator on here, is sponsored by them.

    I also like MusclePharm Assault.

If you're looking for something that'll reeeeeeeally geek you up, check out Stimul8 by Finaflex; that shit is no joke....waaay too strong for me.
