well the HF ones that work with the SDHQ extensions are pretty pricey. they are the aluminum race jacks.

and no.. not mounting it. just for garage use. lighter would be nice just in case i did need to throw it in the bed occasionally.. but definitely not a deal breaker.

I won't be back in AZ until Thanksgiving plus I don't have money right now unfortunately. I'll be buying stuff in August after I make money this summer. I am however probably going to go for the DSMs when I do buy.

I think I've got the big 3 ton Steel from HF. Also have a Torin from Northern Tool and 1 other that need resealed.

1 pair of 12 ton stands from Northern, a pair of 6 ton Craftsmans and 2 pair of little ones.

The little ones are nice for axles. The 12s are the first I grab if they clear.

Pull the handle and I can get any in the lifted truck.

I'll probably pick up either the steel or aluminum one from HF then. along with the 12 ton stands. I have a couple sets of smaller stands already.

So I have some Icon Billet UCAs on the way as my DSM UCAs have after market geometry that corrects camber for lifts the utilize coil overs to provide the new ride height. I didn't do the research thoroughly enough and didn't understand that they will Not work with my MT Spindles as the Maxtracs are designed to be used with Factory geometries . . . Lesson Learned.

So I have not really begun to advertise that I'm selling the DSMs openly, just a txt to people I know here locally whom, as it turns out may or may not have need for them. I did interject on a couple of "WTB UCAs" posts letting the interested party know what I have available. No big deal really as they have not yet been removed from my truck as I await the arrival of the Icons whom Juanito has graciously offered to provide garage space and applicable items for the install. MANY THANKS Btw to Juan and Josh for providing the technical savvy for when this happens here shortly. Don't know how I would have done 90% of the work on my truck if it wasn't for Juan tbh !

The query I pose to you gentlemen is this, I have a young interested party in San Diego whom is interested in acquiring the DSMs but has no PayPal account. How would you fine people recommend I proceed with the transaction ? My simple response this morning was "Do you not have a friend / relative with a PP acct who would facilitate this for you?" But as of late have yet to receive a reply.

Again how would you proceed? Should I not concern myself as when the sale of the DSM UCAs does go public there will mostly likely be a few takers for the $450 shipped price point?

    Thanks everyone . . .

I bought the 6ton harbor freight stands for $50 a few weeks ago, they hold shit up just like they should.

Will get that exact floor jack you mentioned earlier later on down the road unless the Costco one goes on sale first . . .

Haha, That was my FIRST impulse but dude don't know me so the reply went the way it did. Lol.

or see if he can do a transfer directly from his bank. Whatever you do make sure you have the $$ before you even think about shipping the UCA's

It may not even be worth the trouble. You can almost definately sell them locally

    Nick,

It was the slight negative camber, both Network and Oasis ( same building as SDHQ ) couldn't align in the camber. It is right on the cusp and will result in slight tire wear but nothing to be concerned about. It concerns me how ever as I prefer to keep the specifications right where the designers engineered them to be. TBH it's just not me, I don't accept my fate, I struggle and fight to make things right even when the easy way out is to do the wrong thing . . .
