    Yeah...
No questions asked, either. Steal a gun and turn it in! We don't care!

Totally agree but machine guns are much different, whole different ball game being a federal crime. Arizona FTW, but we still can't have machine guns :(

They also have the M&P for $450.. Maybe I'll get both and get a deal. From all my research and advice from savvy friends, these are two great choices for starting out.

My current project is breathing new life into this tired old Mauser k98. I hope the pic uploaded. I have a new stock&scope ordered, going to make a 8mm scout rifle!

I make sure I print off the TSA and Airline firearms policies. Read and highlight the sections that apply to you. They like to make up crazy rules on the spot and without that you can't defend your case. I've flown with loaded mags without incident, but I've also had to prove that it was within the limits of both policies

The first transfers I did took around four months which seemed a lot longer. It gets easier once you have a few items to occupy yourself with while waiting. I have four applications in right now. Hope to see them all approved in sixty days or less. Have one more to put in as soon as I can make up my mind on what I want. Looking at direct thread can for 5.56 bolt gun project. May end up waiting for Dead Air's 5.56 offering to be released. Meanwhile, I'm working on getting my Savage 22wmr up and running. Sent it off to Tornado Tech for threading a year ago and it hasn't been fired since.

A friend of mine has a couple of the Vortex dots, but has abandoned them for Aimpoint PRO. There is a noticeable difference in clarity of the reticle. The Vortex can be a little fuzzy in certain conditions. Still, they seem like decent optics for the money.
