Sometimes snapping them out can be hard especially if they have never been out or get a lot of dirt in them. Glad you got everything installed.:D

Lucky me, I live 1 mile from Chris. :D I know I could have handled many of the plug and play bulb replacements but after talking to Chris, my red/green color blindness would have made a couple of the mods very difficult. I met him at his place today to have every single bulb swapped out with LEDs and added one under the hood (2010 so we didn't touch the "C" LED brake lights).

I went with the White DTRLs that turn Amber for turn signals. Also got the 400 lumen white parking lights, Red interior Dome/Map lights, 3rd brake light, Cree 50 watt amber rear turn signals, 700 lumen flood pattern Cree reverse lights, 400 lumen white w/protective cover license plate lights, 50 watt white fog lights, white LED headlights and the under hood light kit.

When I arm/disarm my truck and the lights flash it is MUCH brighter. Tapping the break I could see how much more it lights up my neighbors house. My wife sat in the driver seat and tapped the brake a couple times so I could check it out. That 3rd brake is much brighter now! All the lights are much brighter than stock except of course the stock "C" LED brake lights. Those really stand out now -as the dimmest lights on the truck. ;) My wife was impressed with the red interior dome/map lights and by how much the under hood LED illuminates the entire engine compartment. I've always left my dome light in the off position because I don't like being blinded at night and for security on road trips. Now I am using my dome light, I really like the red interior lights.

I am very happy with all the lights but I am pleased most with the LED headlights. They are so much brighter than the stock lights without being blue like HID lights. I've always found those annoying. The fogs are great too but I normally leave those off unless off road or in crappy weather.

It was a pleasure to meet Chris and have him upgrade my lights today. Another happy customer. I'll need to take the DSLR out this week at dusk and get some shots.

Well, I think ol' Chris needs to come visit sunny Florida!! haha

I'm not worried about anything but from reading some comments here it sounds like the switchback DTRL/Turns is a bit of a project to install. I'm also a little confused as to how they operate, with the stalk or on all the time, etc. I assume I'll figure that all out when I get my stuff and look at the instructions. Otherwise I'll be looking for help lol

Chris, I guess you'll email or pm me when my stuff gets shipped?

I'm as excited as a kid on Christmas Eve!!

Interesting. Thanks for the prompt response.

I tried them and sold them. The stock white bulbs cut better than amber LEDs. I'm actually trying for a plug/play light that is functional in foul weather.

I should say that I also bought reverse LEDs from Chris and they work great. I'll be a repeat customer when I need to replace conventional bulbs as they blow with LED.

How much do your replacement OEM headlights/fogs/dtrl/parking lights run, all in the brightest possible white? (Also the new color shifting ones in the OP)
