    Potentially. The plastic cans save some weight. It's just like mounting a tire on top. One problem you might run into is the height

    They are pretty heavy... perhaps a rotopax setup would be better since it would be lighter and more streamlined. More expensive but clean.

    I didn't think water weighed so much per gallon.. Yikes. I still wouldn't think it would be any worse than a full size spare. Most full sizes are around 60+ lbs.

    5 gallons is roughly 40lbs, the mount is at least 10 just picking it up by hand...

    If you limit it to just one can then you shouldn't have a problem. I guess that makes it kind of useless though... That was just an idea.. Failed idea lol
