    Can you sacrifice a little camber for a little caster? I installed the lr ucas last night and now all in yhe cmc too

    I tried. camber is at 0 on the left and 0.2 on the right. left caster is 0.9, right caster is -0.8. I can't get the right caster any higher. both sides are rubbing the cab mount when turning. looks like i'll probably have to do it again.

    Adam did you put them on the correct sides? I would assume they are side specific if the push the wheel forward. Disregard if they are both the same.

    I put right side on passenger and left side on driver. The orientation is correct with the factory the issue is the adjustments as off. It's going to firestone tonight with instructables to get them to set it back. By the way Installed everything at neutral I should get 2.5 - 3.0 caster and 0 toe and camber

    I'll cut the cab mount for you no problem. But there's something wrong. Either you can't do an alignment or you got a bend suspension part/ bad ball joints somewhere. I drove around for two years with a 3" spacer lift, the same wheels I have now, 33 km2s and very minimal plastic fender trimming with zero problems from my cab mount. I have no clue what my alignment numbers were and didn't care because I had no problems.

    You should have no problem getting those numbers.

    Mike I gotta agree I ran 33's with 3" lift for over 6 months and no issues. I rubbed a little at first on the back of my fenders and the front of the fenders but all that went away with alignment and little snip of the flare

    this might be the case :anonymous: I trimmed the plastic where the tires were rubbing, now the only place they rub is the cab mount. Gid, what do you use for a CMC? i have a 3" cutoff wheel at work.

    4 1/2 cut off wheel and goggles and something with sleeves good sleeves to protect your arm.

    I used a 4". That will work. Just cut it. Don't worry about welding a plate in now. You can do that at any time or not at all. Don't be scared either. It's just metal and you can't really fuck it up. More then likely you won't cut enough the first time and somewhere down the line you will end up cutting more.

    And my balljoints have been leaking for years. If not loose, too much hassle to change out.

    I don't think the bushings look bad, doesn't feel like there's any play. I've rotated the cams when I was doing my alignments.

    Either way you go here cut it or not you're alignment is still fucked. Ask someone else to look at it and see what they get out o f it. And starting saving up for ucas. Use PayPal credit if you can get approved and order then from headstrong.
    Then once you get it dialed in cut. I ordered on a Thursday had them here Monday

    Rack and pinion bolts. Mine was bent throwing my alignment off.
    Also make sure your alignment tabs aren't bent. May try using a pry bar in between your lca and pry it to move it.

    I thought you just changed yours out? And yeah mine have been busted for a few years now. They pop pretty bad now but it's been a long time since they have had any kind of lube on them and they have held up fine. Very impressed with Toyota ball joints
