Probably morphed into a meso :D Haha. Muscle mass is hard for anyone. I'm on a new diet right now and I am so fucking full all day it sucks. I don't even know my macros right now. Gotta look at them. But, its basically 6 meals all protein carbs

I can gain a solid 5-10 lbs of muscle in a year...more muscle = more fat for me though. My fist 2 years of lifting, I ate around 5000 calories per day and I went from 140 lbs to 180 lbs in 2 years. Of course, I also went from a scrawny ~8-9% bodyfat to around 15%, too. Now that I've got a good base, I add muscle slowly, in order to keep bodyfat low. I never bulk over a 600 calorie surplus. My ultimate goal is to be a leaned out 210-220 lbs. Right now, if I were in the single digit bodyfat, I'd be about 185, so I've got a ways to go. The most I've ever weighed is 209 at the end of my last bulk, but I was about 15% bf, too..

    the struggle is real

i think most joint pain comes from muscle imbalance, what you said apply mostly to lifters on gear.

Ahhhhh. The only time it happened to me was when I was on Stenadrol-10, so that would explain that. Sadly, oral pro-hormones are illegal now, too :(

I'm getting a similar twinge in my elbow doing hammer curls. I just chalked it up to just adding that particular lift to my regimen, or am I wrong?

It only really happened to me when I did preacher curls really heavy; it only lasted a couple months. Mine was because I had extremely rapid muscle growth from pro-hormone pills (Which were legal at the time) and my tendons and ligaments couldn't handle all the extra weight. I'm not too sure if yours is the same or not.

Just got done with 'lower a.' Today was my first time making it to the gym all week. Now, I'm gonna have to go tomorrow, Sat, and Sun to get my 4 days in. I'm just hoping my legs recover in time for Saturday's 'lower b.'

Threw in some leg press today because some fucker was curling in the squat rack when I got there. I waited as long as I could, but just decided to not do squats today. I haven't leg pressed in forever.

    high foot position leg press: 3 sets of 15, 14, 14 @ 470
    low foot position leg press: 3 sets of 18, 16, 16 @ 470
    leg extensions: 3 sets of 20, 18, 17 @ 110 lbs
    leg curls: 3 sets of 15, 14, 14 @ 100 lbs
    calves
    abs

The wifi was fucked up at our gym and it's in a metal building, so there's no service and I couldn't listen to Pandora and it fucking sucked. I hate having to talk to people and having to listen to shitty music.

Weighed in at 194 this morning. I started out at 204 5 weeks ago and am supposed to lose 1 lb per week, so I should be 199. This is my first time weighing myself at the beginning of the day, post-shit AND I used a different scale, so I'm going to keep everything the same and continue to weigh in each morning on the scale I used today, post-shit...don't wanna lose weight too fast. Hopefully everything balances out. I measured my arms yesterday and they were 15.75", compared to 16" at the beginning of the cut and it hurt my feels...I'm gonna stick with it, though.

Granted I'm only doing 25 pound hammers, but I just added that exercise so that's my guess. Plus the busting my ass with all this snow is an extra workout, and my joints don't get along well with cold weather. No change in my supplements except C4 during the week vs Mr Hyde..and not doing the pro-hormone like you mentioned.

Ugh, shitty music..give me death metal or give me death.
