Never did a spacer lift but I'm in for the laughs. We all make bad decisions, no harm done. Its all materials that are replaceable once the inevitable happens!

For the record I started out with Bilstein 5100's then moved onto max mid travel in short order and that's where she shall most likely stay. :D

I did! $250 rough country 3" lift lol. Now I'm running a $3500 midtravel setup with distant plans on long travel. Although I didn't get mine on ebay lol, it was from RCs website lol

Well when I was first looking into lifts I heard about spacers but something sounded off about running them so I searched about it and sure enough, I found there was various inherent risks of running spacers. For the front, distancing the shock away from the bump stops which would then make the shock itself become its own bump stop and that's not good. Then the rear would become more prone to axle wrap and could actually separate from the axle in the event of an accident. And since I bought the truck to wheel like I stole it, I knew spacers were going to be out of the question no matter where I ran it. :)

The sad thing is, when I clicked on the link, there's 269 people watching that listing. Most are probably resisting clicking the 'buy it now' but one will be lucky enough to buy the kit. They'll be gleaming with excitement, calling there buddies up to set a wrenching weekend for the install, maybe even offer pizza and beer. Oh well, they will learn....

I hate to admit it, but you can add me to the list. I had a Spacer/Block leveling kit on my '09. Didn't go that route with my '14.

    Yes sir
Yea I'm definitely guilty of the cheap spacer lift. Still trying to decide on what to upgrade with because I definitely don't want to get it wrong again haha. Probably 3" OME but you never know. No ebay, but I do like bonus points...
